War3 crash

Having this Random Crash...plz help

When i go into WC3 battle.net at random points in battle.net my computer crashes i can play up to 20 games sometimes without this happening but its really completely random so most people i talk to dont know what wrong. I have a dell computer an Error comes up that reads FF or something with lots of numbers i kno there are a few F's in there. It is really annoying and has happened to me about 30 times since i have gotten the game. The blue screen that comes up and says error also says press any key and of course nothing happens so i have to master reboot. I have DSL and a good computer 1.7gh 512 ram etc anyone please tell me if i have configed wrong or something.

Need the exact error message you get. Next time it happens write the entire thing down and post it here.

Also need your computer specs

Operating system.
and Video and sound cards.

you may wish to update your video and sound drivers to the latest one for the cards you have.

me too, except, sometimes i get hella lag and no disconnect. . . i lose b/c of the lag, but i don't know what the prob is. any ideas???

K im back the error said OE: 028: FF193A82 please tell me what this is i hate it screwing my record up

I get this random error which kicks me off battle.net at anytime. I have a good computer and DSL. The error reads OE:028:FF193A82 has occured press a key or do ctrl alt dlt. OF course neither work and i need to hold down my power button untill it master reboots. Please if anyone knows what is wrong like if it is a config problem or something please tell me.

I have posted this problem before i have a few more details so people could understand better and possably help me:

I get this random error while playing WC3 on battle.net in either the game itself or in a channel or something. A blue screen comes up and says this error has occured OE:028:FF193A82 press a key or control alt delete. Pressing a key doesnt work nor does control alt delete and i need to hold down my power button and reboot. ALSO when this happens my speakers make this loud pulsing noise. I dont know if this means my speakers have a problem. I have the dell dimension 8100 speakers. My computer is good along with my connection, dsl. If anyone knows whats wrong please tell me.

It's really hard to troubleshoot something like this-- have you tried updating the drivers for your video card? What kind of video card do you have? That's important to know... and what operating system (what version of Windows)??

Do you have other programs running at the time?
