Water Element Based Hero

Hello again. I thought about making a water elemental based hero with water based spells (lol). So, I was wondering if there is a way to make it look like the elemental is sinking into the ground, sortv'e like hes melting into it. I want to make a spell where it looks like he melts into the ground, and a water nova comes out of the ground and does damage in an AoE (i already got the nova spell from wc3sear), then he re-surfaces. -btw, how do you get reputation? lol, cause I noticed mine is 0-
