Way gate ability effect, what's it called?

What is the way gate ability effect called? I don't feel like searching thourgh allt he specaial effects for it, so I decided to jsut ask here. You know the thing in the campaigns when you enter a way gate it teleports you to another way gate, and it shows that effect? That's what I'm talking about.
