weapon removal

id like too know how to remove the weapon a unit has andreplace it with another weapon model .

help would be vastly appreciated.

P.S. i know there a tutorial so dont post for me to go there , it dosent explain how to remove the weapon a hero already has.

I dont think you can really remove a weapon from the other models.. then somehow you must extract them from their archives and open them up in some modelling program.. maybe GMAX? And remove the sword in gmax..

Then you can do the attach thing on the tutorial
