Website Pager & Mysql Database Question

I'm really having some trouble making a website pager. I'm using Dreamweaver and I know you have to add a record set to the website page in order to add a pager but, when you add the record set it asks you for a mysql database with tables which is my problem. Basically I created a page for my website that looks similar to http://www.html5mania.com/ with the website images which you click on to go the the website but, I have no idea how to add each image with the css border and all to a mysql table. I'm sure this is probably a basic question which I should know the answer to but, I just don't have that much experience with mysql databases. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
