weird buff issue

I made custom buff based on avatar and custom spell based on channel. I tryed to make the customed buff as the cutom spell's buff but it doesn't work. why?

Channel doesn't use buffs.

That's bad... Is there any action that adds buffes?

If you were hoping for "Unit - Add buff"..., there is no such thing.

Though you can use some dummy that casts some spell that does.
Or add the ability "Slow aura (Tornado)" (modified to have no effect).

Or try to describe what the problem is. There might be some other way?
