What Causes Desyc? -- Specific Info Needed

So my map seems to randomly desync players... never players that are playing with me in my minigame (the host), but it will desync players on other minigame boards

here's what's happening:


Randomly: ALL players on a minigame board will disconnect.. at the same time.. and it only happens to the players on that minigame board..

I'm only using GetLocalPlayer for a few functions that change a units animation.. I really don't think that's the problem..


.. I know that certain blizzard functions (multiboard .. timer window display..) use the GetLocalPlayer function...


Anyway.. I'm really at a loss to figuring out why all players on a minigame will desync.. if anyone has any ideas please let me know :(

Post the functions you have with GetLocalPlayer()
The GUI Action - Pan Camera as Necessary causes desyncs.

Also destroying handles, hiding units, removing abilities, etc.

hmm

how does the pan camera thing cause desyncs ?

I use "lock camera to unit" a lot... could that be causing a desync?

if so .. why ?

They just do. There might be a specific explanation out there somewhere :p
Try removing them and see if they work. I know there's a way to still pan cameras and not cause a desync, but i forgot.

You use pan camera, not pan camera as necessary.
