Nice ideas ShadowyFear, but for your desert guy, i'd like to see moves buffed in sunlight, cause of his aura, and desert guys are supposed to like the sun. And summon scorpion thing is confusing. He becomes neutral PASSIVE and still attacks? Then, when he dies, he becomes Nuetral hostile (even though hes dead) and nothing changes? Please explain, other than that, i like it.
Ok heres another idea for a very cool hero, hes one of my favorites ive created recently. I started thinking of how to make a caster that required skill, instead of just clicking your target with a direct spell. Heres what I came up with:
Mad Bomber
Model: Mortar Team
Attack: is an A.O.E. attack, fairly long cooldown, 1100 range, projectile arc of .50, high base damage, missle speed of 550, homing is disabled, art is regular mortar team attack. So his attack shoots a powerful bomb really high from a long distance. It's slow enough that they have chance to dodge, yet deals A.O.E. damage. His unique attack is the core of how you play mortar team.
Abilities:
Pre-emptive Strike- Mad Bomber shoots 20 fairly low damage dealing missles at an 150 large A.O.E., with missle arc of 1 (straight up) and speed of 900, stunning for 2.5 seconds. So he shoots a flurry of missles straight up, then they come crashing down at a single spot, which is barraged for 2.5 seconds. They have chance to dodge if they move right when they see missles fly up. Range of 1000.
Average cooldown
Raining Bombs- Mad Bombers attack speed is normally slow, but when this is used, his attack speed increases by 200%/400%/600%/800%, causing a rain of bombs. Lasts 5 seconds. High cooldown
Meteor Blast- shoots an untargetted molten boulder into the air, arc of .40, speed of 600, That deals heavy damage to a A.O.E. of 50. Low to average cooldown.
Ultimate- Missle upgrades- Mad Bombers regular attack becomes better with each level. Passive.
Level 1- attack gains larger AOE
Level 2- attack travels faster (about 700 speed now)
Level 3- attack deals more damage
Level 4 (will it go that high?)- I dunno, just don't give them homing!!
Sorry for all the specifics, not trying to tell you how to make your game but without telling both the pros and cons, his abilities seem unbalanced. The missle arcs and speeds are especially important, they give enemy time to dodge which is why you have to play smart and anticipate their moves. By the time your ultimate is maxed, you have pretty much the best attack in the game, and Rain of Bombs becomes amazing. The point of this guy is to rain death from afar, and of course watching stuff explode

What do you think of that?
