where can i get a world test editor?

is there any site store or something where i can get one?

(i already have an idea for a game)

I have searched bestbuy comp USA ....well thats pretty mutch it but still

What do you mean? Do you mean Warcraft III? The World Editor is within Warcraft III, you need to buy it in order to get the World Editor.

i know i have warcraft 3 i just dont know what store has it i never can find it

...so tell me a site store or something where i can get it
 
the world editor comes with warcraft 3.. its free when you buy wc3 its part of the install file.
 
He might've pirated it. And in that case, tough luck, I'm not going to help.

But, if you didn't, the world editor should be under Warcraft III on your Start >> All Programs >> Warcraft III
