Where's My Computer?

I don't think this is a hardware error, but I will post specs if needed. I am running win2k server and I recently noticed that the icon for My Computer on the desktop is gone and all that's left is a white outline. It turns grey when you click on it btw. When you open up MC, it doesn't show up either.

This doesn't sound like a difficult problem, but I just never encountered anything like this before. I tried locating the icon file for MC, but I didn't even know what to look for (thus didn't find anything).

Right click on the desktop > Properties > Effects Tab > Click on the "My Computer" icon, and then click "Default Icon."

if that doesn't solve it, an update of your graphics drivers may be in order.
