Why dont F keys and O key work!!!

I've only had my F keys work in 1 server. Everygame I play i cant use the F keys or the O (playlist) button! Why dont they work!!! Other people use them but i cant. They just dont do anything and it drives me crazy!!! Please help. Thanks.

Make sure you have them configured correctly in your options. THat's the onl thing I can think of.
