Why is my Pylon Projectile not spinning?

For some reason when I fire my Pylon, only the inner ring spins but not the outer ring?

Have a look

Ya, I added the values to the Unit Projectile but didnt make any difference

Maybe it doesn't work for projectile units. I haven't tried myself. A shame if it doesn't...

Weapon - Stalker is the projectile Unit.
The projectile and the ability are built off a stalker ability

it looks like it might rotate if I make the pylon a Structure object type

actually i think its gonna work.. need to do a little tweaking
