Why is this trigger ignoring the event

Doesn't the trigger have to wait fir the event before it starts? This one totally ignore it! :confused:

        Set Level_1_boolean = True
        If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
            If - Conditions
                Level_1_boolean Equal to True
                (Player 1 (Red) slot status) Equal to Is playing
            Then - Actions
                Set Temp_Point_2 = (Center of P1 1 <gen>)
                For each (Integer A) from 1 to 15, do (Actions)
                    Loop - Actions
                        Unit - Create 1 Level 1- Crab for Player 12 (Brown) at Temp_Point_2 facing Default building facing degrees
                        Wait 1.00 seconds
                Custom script:   call RemoveLocation (udg_Temp_Point_2)
                Set Level_2_Boolean = True

                Do nothing

Tell us what it does then; it doesn't work as it should at 65.00 seconds of game-time?

Omg, how is it possible? Inside an other trigger there was a copy of this trigger that started after 5 secounds. I have no possible clue how it get there. Thanks for the help anyway. :)
