probably cuz of the wait, also, why are you converting the level to a real? keep it an integer.

Also, use 'Unit starts the effects of an ability'

Unit begins casting can be manipulated by casting the ability then quickly stopping, recieving the affects of the ability without the cooldown and mana cost.

And also, please do use WC3 tags, it is much easier to read triggers in them.

Okay. Here's my input:

Trigger 1:

It doesn't work because of the wait 2.00 seconds. This is because the value "Target unit of ability cast" get's overwritten after a wait, no matter how small it is. To fix this, set the targeted unit to a unit variable and use that variable instead.

Trigger 2:

Again with the waits. "Last created unit" get's overwritten by the game.

A few notes:
1) Please use Wc3 tags and not code tags. They are specifically different.
2) When showing a faulty trigger, try and specify what seems to be the problem (what's happening / not happening, etc).

And, for your first trigger try changing the event to "A unit Starts the effect of an ability", and why the &%$@ did you use a I2R (Real conversion) here:
Trigger:

Edit:the only place where i can find it is in "Hashtable:load Real Value" section. and idt that's it..

It's "Integer Comparison -> Unit - Level Of Ability For Unit" and here choose your ability, and Triggering unit ;)

hmm, it's not taking Integers in that function line it's taking Reals only. it's only letting me either type in the Integer manually (which is no good) or convert integer to real, or use another real to be placed in that spot

Use the Integer - Real conversion.

No, instead make the variable "DirgeLevel[1]" an integer, and then it'll work ;)

And also, to shorten your code a bit, use an Integer A/B/Variable loop, like this:
Trigger:
  • For each (Integer A) from 1 to 20, do (Actions)
    • Loop - Actions
