Why units are "Not clickable" by default?

I can't understand the meaning of "Not clickable" flag... why units have this one by default? Whath changes in game terms (in addition of the fact that you cant use "A unit is clicked" event on a not clickable unit)?

I'm quite sure that is the flag called "unselectable" not the "Cannot be clicked" flag.

The "Cannot be clicked" flag just means it wont trigger click events("A unit is clicked"). At least I know no other use for it.

He means it's on by default on all units, yet you CAN click on those units in game.

Never tested it by I always guessed it was something to do with making enemy players unable to group select or see command card.

But dunno test it play around with it ?
