Wierd connection problem.

When I try to connect with BroodWar(this is after my vLBBot gets kicked off bnet sometimes, others it'll stay on and nothing will happen) I'll hit ok to log in, and the box that says "connecting to battle.net will come up, get to the "checking version" thing, and my game will drop out to the screen where you hit ok. What's wrong with my dumb comp? Is it a tempban from bnet for using a bot that can go into private channels? With D2, it just says unable to connect. Please help, before I solve it the easy way: A block to hold my computer and a 40 lb sledge hammer
EDIT: Sometimes, SC will pop up a box that says "COnnection to battle.net inturupted" What the hell is wrong? Fix it before I go crazy!:eek:
 
Oh well, I guess none of the all powerful tech-gurus here can help me, so I guess I'll just die from a lack of D2....*sniff*
 
Hum... It would seem this situation is perfect. It will test how dependant you are over a computer game. It's been about 2 hours and a half only...

I would help you but I don't know much about networking.
You are behind a network right ? Most of the time problems like this occur to people using a network.
 
try:

Uninstall the game (SC and Diablo 2)


then:

run REGEDIT.EXE from Start menu--> Run

(be careful in this program)

go under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --> Software ---> and delete the "battle.net" entry (it will look like a 'folder' with other entries below it in a tree hierarchy). You might not see it here, but if you do, delete it.

then do the same with HKEY_CURRENT_USER--> Software --> Battle.net (delete the "battle.net")

then reinstall the games

the worst it can do is waste your time, the best it can do is fix your problem :)

I'm back on now, but I didn't see your reply, it seems to me to be a 12 hour time that I can't get on, maybe on christmas day I'll check, and that would support my "tempban" theory. Thanks anyway, guys, I appreciate it.

    Yeah google does not filter those bots. I remember when Apex was doing Google ads I saw the same IPs in there as I was seeing here - google is totally tracking all those bots as traffic and most google traffic, at least ours, was all bots
