It can be done, but it will be no walk in the park. The first issue to address would be wind direction.
We know that if your towers can shoot different angles, the current wind direction will affect them all differently, which would lead me to believe you would need to trigger every projectile instead of using the data editor.
Based on that fact alone, I would forget it if I were you. If it was just one projectile, or one tower in your TD it would be realistic, but triggering potentially thousands of projectiles would be an absolute nightmare. Plus, the mathematic equations involved in something like that when coupled with missile height, collision detection, and missile arcs would be nothing short of mind blowing. By all means, attempt it if you wish though :S.
Couldn't you create a behavior that can stack and applies a force? And then when the wind changes, have the behavior casted on each projectile in play (and applies current behavior values to any projectiles created). And have the source of the behavior be the direction of wind and have the strength of the wind be the stack count?
Something like that...?
Another issue I'm learning is that a lot of the air quality sensors don't work at very high ambient temperatures. I'm planning on heating this enclosure to like 60C or so, and that's the upper limit of their functionality
Although I don't know if I need to actually actively heat it or just let the plate and hotend bring the ambient temp to whatever it will, but even then I need to figure out an exfiltration for hot air. I think I kind of know what to do but it's still fucking confusing
I don't think I'm dealing with quite the same pressures though, at the very least its a significantly smaller system. For the time being I'm just going to put together a quick scrubby box though and hope it works good enough to not make my house toxic
I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
