Well this is still Dell's fault for trusting foreigners to examine people's computer and solve problems based on any information they choose to ask. If anything happens, Dell can't catch the culprit, making their only choice to compensate or use all their power to disclaim the people's charges. In this case, it could be the latter. Pretty corrupt in my opinion
So you're saying that because they're foreign that they shouldn't be trusted?

And why are you stuck on this idea that Dell, or all large corporations, are corrupt? The last big corporation that I can think of that was corrupt is Enron, and we all know what happened to them.
