World editor HELP with the heroes

I open a few maps where Heroes can level up more than 10 level but when I open object editor module and open the hero there isn't any change with a level.
Please somebody tell me how to make my heroes can level up more than level 10


And some maps doesn't open with my world editor.I need from update.Where I can download it?

Menu: Advanced / Gameplay constants,
check "use custom",
find "Hero - maximum level",
adjust to taste.


Some maps are "protected", as they call it.
Those can't be opened with any editor.
