Ok here is my problem and then i am going to explain what i had to get through to get even this far.
My friend said WoW was ausome, gave me the disks, brand new, nothing on them gave me his key to install WoW and try it out, yet while i start the install not even 10 seconds in to the install and the file interface.MPQ always gets stuck in the installation process, i waited 20 minutes and it still would not pass that file. So i defreg, disk clean, download the stuff i need to install from the disks on to my harddrive on to the desktop everything the website says to do so and still no success. i send an email out at about 10 pm last night and it is still 6:30 pm the next day with still no response and any other techincal support company i have recieved a response always in less then 6 hours, so i call the tech support hotline, am on old for almost an hour before i get a techy, he says start your comp in safe mode then try to install, if that dosn't work take out 1 of your ram chips (dont understand how this would solve any problem) but i still did try both and NEITHER of them worked and after the tech gave me that info he said good bye and hung up not waiting to see if my problem was solved or not.
NEXT to post this forum on their support site i have to A sign up, B give away my credit card info, and C use my guest pass key code so i may be using up my guest pass without being able to play the game. So far blizzards techincal support on a scale from 1-10 is about a 3.
