how come i cant view it in World Editor I thought i could have learned aloy does anyone have a map that lets me view in WE?

Figure out that being able to open a map in WE is not part of a mapmaker's rights, that's in the EULA.

You don't need to open someone else's map. All the resources you need to make a map are on this forum.

Dota (or Defender of the Ancients) was made by a guy who quit b.net YEARS ago, Icefrog just sorta took the map and said that it was his, now im not complaining or anything, DotA was, and still is a great game

That's absolutely right, you don't need to protect maps, and steal or anything all you need to do is LEARN

It's also completely incorrect. It was Guinsoo who originally stole it. Icefrog is their new gimp since Guinsoo's interest waned in it.

Y? from the looks of warcraft tft there is only about 20 maybe 30 different types of maps

Not true... they are mostly just not played much because of the competition. People played the once, (without knowing how to play) and lost quickly. This probably angers them, and they either delete the map, or never host it again. Haven't you seen Uther Party, and Mario Party? They all have mini-games in them, and they are all mostly different. (Making a different type of game).

Not exactly. They are small games which are minimized to be played quick. But each one is DIFFERENT. Therefore different types of games. BTW, will some1 PLEASE change the title of this?
