I found out that The Humor Zone is started to feel lonely sometimes. Any ways to get more people to come?

This is a thread about The Humor Zone's fate.
For some trustworthy members who dedicated their lives to humor, I think we are one of the few. (That means I'm one of them.)
I really wish things are like the old days, where I post a joke, then a lot of people posts theirs fast.
Right now, I'm trying to get The Humor Zone to be back on its feet again, but there are gaps missing.I really do.
I hope something will come up.

The Humor Zone is the biggest forum in the "Fun Stuff" section of the site. I don't call that lonely at all.

People post in that almost everyday. Almost every time I go away for more than an hour, I come back and there are 10 more posts in that section.

I will tell you why:

Some threads are now fading away. And I don't see any new threads, or new posts except my posts.

Either my timing is wrong or some people are bored, and not want to have any humor for a day.

This cannot go anywhere good. I think the Humor Zone is fine though the only stuff I find funny in it is my stuff :rolleyes:

    The bots will show up as users online in the forum software but they do not show up in my stats tracking. I am sure there are bots in the stats but the way alot of the bots treat the site do not show up on the stats

    I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
