Run autoplay.
Did you disable autoruns?
Did you hold the shift key (IIRC) while inserting the CD? - This will disable Autorun.

If its not in Thumbnail view, all the icons turn to Internet Explorer Files thingy. So I get confused....

It works fine, its just that i want to know why it is like that? The icons!

No, I don't hold shift key, (and what is IIRC?)

Oh, you're talking about the icons?
You could make that clearer in the first post.

I don't know why they're like that. I'd ignore it if it wasn't doing any harm - I'm lazy like that. :p

I hope its just my computer, not the CD!!
Hopefully someone can explain why the files are displaying like that, in any other view, there is no folder icon, its just IE..... :(

You offline poster!? Anoynous login thingyy?

Oh now i get what your saying your IE assossiated it self to those things
IDK maybie just register on http://us.battle.net/ and Enter your WC3 Keys
and you can then DL it t install it
cause your CDs may be damaged

Whats going on is the OS thinks IE should open those files, but somewhere along the line it....doesn't?
Try a program called TuneUp Utility or something similar.
