thanks god you guys are back, my computer is getting super crashy!!! ok ok first thing first, first, my diablo 2 gets random crashes, such as unhandled access violation (c0000005), error compressing sprite, ect... (there are lots of error messages), so please tell me what to do, second, my AIM always crash with my IE, not crashes but they always trying to access the same memory address thus i always get illegal operation error message when running those two programs, please you guys got to help me!!!!! this is getting deep down into my nerves!!!!!

my pc spec:
pentium iii 733MHz
128 RAM
ATI Rage Xpert 2000 32MB 1x/2x
soundblaster 128 pci

I have reformatted 3 times but after I installed my new drivers, d2, applications, same problem occurs

It could also be a problem with drivers or hardware conflicts-- have you changed anything on your computer recently, or this just happening out of the blue?
 
My AIM crashes randomly with the same error and the same memory and stack dumps.
I'm hoping formatting would fix this for me, unless it's juts a problem with AIM and something else I run.
 
need more memory.. go to 256 mb ram.. and make sure you are not shadowing any memory in your bios.. sometimes programs try to access the same block of memory that the bios has used to shadow either bios.. or video... and that can cause some errors.
 
how do i make sure my bios is not shadowing the memories??? and also, where can i get that cd-key grabber program??? the maid accidentally throw my case away while cleaning the house...
 
You can get the cd-key grabber from the download section on this site.

If you can change it you do it when you start your computer hit the delete key during boot up to get to your BIOS.
 
Why would the maid be touching your computer stuff anyway, I say get her to buy you another copy for that. Garbage is one thing, but CDs and their cases are another story.

The Maid trowing away your case... I'd be pissed should it happen to me.
 
no biggies, my cd key got muted for no reason anyway, trying to finger out why...
 
oh and besides... the maid doesn't speak english and i happen to put my cd case on the ground, anything on the ground is garbage, except clothes goes to the washing machine

    this is the fix I get from that yeah this is hard to control. disabling bots is pretty much necessary as ai and other bots would push really old threads to the top. reduce weight of view count. disable guest view tracking if you really want to push active threads to the top. a bit of tinkering for a few days with the weights and other settings should get you a decent trending widget box.

    Wow - the change in the stats are major. I kind of knew it was all bots but wow, to see the effect. Why the social media sites cant do something like this I have no idea.

    Yeah google does not filter those bots. I remember when Apex was doing Google ads I saw the same IPs in there as I was seeing here - google is totally tracking all those bots as traffic and most google traffic, at least ours, was all bots
