yet another problem...

ok my monitor is messing up quite badly while i run war3..its like a really shaky screen when i run it..but this dosent do it on like desktop or any other problems..using geforce fx 5200..

ok also...it just recently started doing this...ok even more info...

it dosent shake at all at 1280x1024x16,720x576 or 640x480..all the rest resolutions it does this...
 
Monitor is having refresh rate issues. That is causing the shaking. To verify this, set the res of the desktop to one of those resolutions, then under advanced properties and then under monitor, set the refresh rate to something over 60 and see if it does the same to your desktop. Moral of the story, lower refresh rate for games (can be overridden by running DXDIAG and forcing refresh rate for DX) makes problem go away.
