The world is going to hell in a hand basket. There's no democracy, no freedom, just the illusion of it. It's a bit like The Matrix, we live in a world where we're presented with what we want to see, so most don't question it but the fact of the matter is what we see and believe isn't real, it's just a deception.

The government is corrupt and they have complete control over everything. They can do anything they want to you at any time, and there's nothing you can do about it. It's just as it's always been, except, as I said above, we believe it's different than it really is.

All you can really do is keep up to date with the government's latest criminal laws that they keep passing and to learn all the little tips and tricks to keep you safe and out of harms way. Plenty of good stuff to learn about dealing with the police... I'm never letting one in again without a warrant.

Doesn't Obumma have a big red button to shut down your internet now? That's such rubbish.

No, I never have and never would. One of the things I've heard is, if you get pulled over... ask them "Why did you pull me over officer?"... apparently most of them still go into their little routine and ask straight away "Do you know why you got pulled over?" ... Actually in the US cops are not allowed to search your car if they cannot present a search warrant or see illegal contraband without moving anything. Most citizens just let them do it anyway.
TL;DR If you are pulled over ask for a search warrant if they begin searching the car.

Heh really? I've never been searched... but it might be because I don't drive. Seriously though, I'm still on my L's so I've not spent much time driving -- I've not heard of my folks ever been searched though, it's probably different in the US. We can't even bear arms here, I think you've got to be like thirty or something to get a gun license and even then you can only keep it in your home. Ironically, you can pickup a gun illegally at any age.

The problem is that what he does hurt my lungs while what I do doesn't do anything. I'm standing there.

Extrapolating a bit here, we should let anyone hit us because that person just "wants to"? He's hurting me indirectly here by smoking right next to me, so, it is in my right to deny him.

Also, if the smoker is smoking just besides the doorway, then my "ability to move" becomes severely impaired. There is no way I can cross that door without entering the smoke area. I can no longer "move", I am forced to suffer from second-hand smoking if I am to cross that door, therefore justifying the Law here we have that smoking must be done outside a 7 meters perimeter around any public building (Don't know how it works in the US)

I still stand by what I said: Your liberty ends where mine begins. The smoker is the one hurting me here, not the opposite. He should be restricted from doing so as much as you are restricted from punching somebody in the face because you "feel like it" and Freedom would mean "I can do what I want".
