I havenb't read this thread, but it is because he had made the folder on a different computer, and switched it over. It's the CREATION date, so if he made it in 2002 and switched it to a new computer, it's still going to be created in 2002.

I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
