Zone Alram Pro unable to uninstall

Hi everyone. i would like to say first of all i got this ZA pro frmo a frend and it was cracked...so that could have brought some problems. I installed this program and everything went great..but i noticed that i couldnt even load my homepage because it kept trying to connect to incredifind.com . i hate that why does it do that ? So then i got very frusterated and i just wanted to uninstall it and put back the safe and free version. I went to uninstall it and i got these messages :

Error

Could not load the DLL library
C:\WINDOWS\System32\vsutil.dll
(WSEGetAndSetInstallerRunningMutex). The
specified procedure could not be found.

Then I press OK and another box opens :

Error

Could not load the DLL library
C:\DOCUME~1\Sonia\LOCALS~1\Temp\vsutil.dll
(WSERmdir). The specified procedure could not be found.

And while this box popped up there was anoter box in the back Installing something:

Installing

Copying file:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\vsutil.dll (displays at 98%)


and yeah thats it...can anybody help me to get rid of this program any advice is good advice THANK YOU
