Zoom out?

I feel almost stupid asking this question. It seems like it ought to be an FAQ, but I can't find the answer anywhere. Is there a way to zoom out in the map editor? I'm trying to design features larger than the screen, and it's a major pain in the arse! I found the View Entire Map option, but that's zoomed out a little too far. (And, as an aside, how the heck does one go back to normal map view from there?)

CTRL + up or down cursor key.


Menu: View / Snap to game camera, should get you out of "view entire map".

To specifically zoom in and out, hold down SHIFT + right mouse button. This will zoom the camera in and out. CTRL + right mouse button rotates the camera up and down, left and right, but keeps it centered ona specific point.

There's a way to use hotkeys such as "A", "D", "S", and so on without making them through spells, but I haven't quite been able to get it to work. I got about half the bastards to work but the other half just don't want to work and crash me when I try them-___-||.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can now see the "big picture"! I'm going to be trying this out in the actual game, too, as I've long wished I could zoom out there as well.

BTW, for those of you using a Macintosh and wondering why these don't work, zoom is Shift + Control + click and move, and the camera control is Command + Control + click and move.
