Both are black cloaked guys with a big scythe/sword.
Description: A phantom sceptre endlessly wandering the land, unable to rest until it destroys the face of humanity. Regardless if friend or foe, Vagnamir will crush their souls into oblivion.
Primary Attribute: Agility
Skills:
Haunted Touch – Vagnamir vanquishes himself into a spirit form, unable to attack or be attacked unless by spells. All units around him, regardless friend or foe, has a reduced attack speed and movement speed. For any damage inflicted upon Vagnamir in this state, will be reflected and dispersed evenly throughout all other units but himself. Vagnamir takes a 160% increase of magic damage. If he dies in this state, Vagnamir has an increased respawn time as well as 1% HP & MP removed permanently. Cooldown: 40 seconds. Manacost: 105/120/135/150/165. Lasts 5 seconds. AoE: 800
Level 1 – 45% AS, 45% MS, 8% Damage Reduction
Level 2 – 55% AS, 55% MS, 12% Damage Reduction
Level 3 – 65% AS, 65% MS, 16% Damage Reduction
Level 4 – 75% AS, 75% MS, 20% Damage Reduction
Level 5 – 85% AS, 85% MS, 24% Damage Reduction.
Feint Rush – Vagnamir undergoes a cadence of steps melding in the shadows, only to strike in a sudden rush to steal health and mana from the units he strikes, regardless friend or foe. Strikes in a linear line at 1000 distance. Half a second casting delay. Cooldown: 30/30/25/25/20. Manacost: 90/110/120/130/140

The Keeper of Souls – Every time a hero dies by Vagnamir’s hand, regardless of friend or foe, he rips apart a piece of their very soul. The hero loses 1% of their max HP & MP permanently. Each soul in Vagnamir’s possession grants him 3% AS, 3% MS and 4 damage. Every time Vagnamir dies he loses 2 souls. If he dies while in the Haunted state, he loses an extra 3. Every 5 creep kills gives him a complete soul.
Level 1 – Max of 4 souls
Level 2 – Max of 8 souls
Level 3 – Max of 12 souls
Level 4 – Max of 16 souls
Level 5 – Max of 20 souls.
Lesser Ultimate – Nether Prison – Vagnamir bursts outwards with dark energy, forming into a prison in an 700 AoE. All units into the prison are unable to escape, being inflicted reduced armour, as well as having reduced damage, regardless friend or foe. Cooldown: 70 seconds. Manacost: 165/180/195/210/235. Lasts 5 seconds.
Level 1 – -3 armour and -4% damage per second.
Level 2 – -4 armour and -7% damage per second.
Level 3 – -5 armour and -10% damage per second.
Level 4 – -6 armour and -13% damage per second.
Level 5 – -7 armour and -16% damage per second.
Greater Ultimate – Soul Crush – Vagnamir crushes each soul in his possession every half a second inflicting pain to all units around him, including himself, in a 900 AoE, regardless friend or foe. Channeling, Uncontrollable. Cooldown 120 seconds. Manacost: 185/200/215/230
Level 1 – Inflicts 1% Max HP damage on every soul crush
Level 2 – Inflicts 2% Max HP damage on every soul crush
Level 3 – Inflicts 3% Max HP damage on every soul crush
Level 4 – Inflicts 4% Max HP damage on every soul crush
Comment: This player loses control of the hero and cannot stop until every soul is crushed, or the hero is stunned. If he had 20 souls, he would inflict 80% Max HP to himself :O
Comment: He’s got nice synergy between all his skills. Copied DotA Secptre’s Dispersion a little bit! He’s an emo hero that hurts everyone...scary.

I'm not going to uses the Codes. Just the spellsYou really shouldn't recommend people to use graveyarded spells you know . There's a reason why it's in the graveyard. Maybe fix it first?

When Avenger is killed in battle the killer of the avenger will be cursed by darkness and shall suffer from it. Deal's X Damage each Sec. for X Sec.
Level 1: Deals 0.2% of Enemy's maxium health as damage every second for 10 seconds.
Level 2: Deals 0.3% of Enemy's maxium health as damage every second for 12 seconds.
Level 3: Deals 0.4% of Enemy's maxium health as damage every second for 14 seconds.
Level 4: Deals 0.5% of Enemy's maxium health as damage every second for 16 seconds.
Level 5: Deals 0.7% of Enemy's maxium health as damage every second for 20 seconds.

Aura of the Avenger (Passive Damage Infliction)
Avenger's Aura covers the nearby units in X Range making a revenge from souls of dead that die within. aura.
Level 1: When Unit dies within 300 AoE of Avenger a Random Enemy Unit within 500 AoE will take 75 damage.
Level 2: When Unit dies within 350 AoE of Avenger a Random Enemy Unit within 600 AoE will take 85 damage.
Level 3: When Unit dies within 400 AoE of Avenger a Random Enemy Unit within 700 AoE will take 95 damage.
Level 4: When Unit dies within 450 AoE of Avenger a Random Enemy Unit within 800 AoE will take 105 damage.

Avenger's Suffering (Damage Return Passive)
When Avenger takes damage from an ability the damage is returned back to damage dealer. This work's for melee attacks.

Level 1: From Each point of avenger's health lost he will deal automatically 0.2x damage to all units that attack him with spell or normal damage. Each Spell or Normal Attack done to avenger will heal him by 30. Last's 20 sec.
Level 2: From Each point of avenger's health lost he will deal automatically 0.4x damage to all units that attack him with spell or normal damage. Each Spell or Normal Attack done to avenger will heal him by 50. Last's 20 sec.
