Hey guys, I'm searching for an ability which doesnt interrupt your walking or attack target... I used some abilities like berserk which worked perfectly to make a custom ability. An ability that is like berserk would be awesome but i cant find any. I tried to search for ability lists but i havent found any...

but its very easy to test every ability, it will take 2-4 hours.

Lol, if you use spare time to do it, it seems fast, like when your waiting for a game [bot] to start or when your loading the game waiting for others, or when someone is laggin'.

Some have no impact upon the caster, like Windwalk (though it will make WC3 missiles presently flying toward the caster miss) and Divine Shield, Mana Shield, Immolation, maybe a few others.

Some will cause the caster to pause for its casting animation, then continue on its previous order, for example, Thunder Clap, Fan of Knives, maybe Roar?...

Divine shield is wrong, it definitely interrupts the casters order. i had such an ability for the creeps in a tower defense of mine. windwalk for example worked like a charm, berserk did as well, but when the creeps used divine shield they started to attack my towers because their move order was overwritten.

Divine shield is wrong, it definitely interrupts the casters order.

I can't speak to the AI's behavior, but clicking on Divine Shield to cast it definitely preserves a player unit's orders. I just tested to make sure.

thx guys, i used divineshield and it worked good except that a divineshield pops up for minimum 1 sec. And if i change the duration to 0 = divineshield 24/7.. Is there any way i could change this effect to magic sentry ( a blue eye) ?

and some other skills is not spells, and wont trigger spell event, you cant use them for this.

You should be able to set the duration to 0.01s, at which point the divine shield effect only shows for that long due to the duration of the effect's end ("death") animation. You can change the effect by setting the ability to use the Magic Sentry buff (or creating a custom buff, or editing the Divine Shield buff to use the Magic Sentry model.)

Instead use the event unit issued an order. For Immolation/Mana Shield it won't be possible to issue the order from the player UI if it's on cooldown or there's insufficient mana, so it is nearly equivalent to starts the effect.

Yea Roar is like that not "maybe Roar?..." but yes Roar.

stun unit and WOW orders will pass but skill wont trigger, but ofc its is not problem for *you*.

also such skills may go rampage (for immolation) and cause permanent mana drain.

Its true... mana drain is annoying sometimes.
