  • Ah. Got that. You missed out the one in red :p

    CastBar Start Number 2
    -ListSize = 2
    -RecycleList[0] = 0
    -Next[0] = 1, [1] = 2, [2] = 0

What about, how do they set it during the triggers? You've shown me what it should be when the castbars cast and finish, but I have no idea how it actually triggers. Like how does starting the castbar create a link and fit it into the chain, and using it every 0.20 seconds, before breaking and taking it out of the chain?
In other words, there're 2 chains? Could you sort of like guide me through with exact numbers, during the scenarios?

    Like at the beginning x=0 When a cast bar is used, x = x + 1, therefore x becomes 1.

Really sorry for making it really difficult. ><
Not really.. The variables just kill me. Is there anyway you could give me a more visual explanation? If that isn't too much to ask for? ><
    Erm what about this:
And also, how do I set it up? Like when the spell is casted, how do I add it into the chain? Because from what I understand of your example, is that it creates the bar for every link it has. But how do we add the link in?
Okay I got the usage part. But why doesn't it utilize the Next[number] and only Previous[number]?

And also, how do I set it up? Like when the spell is casted, how do I add it into the chain? Because from what I understand of your example, is that it creates the bar for every link it has. But how do we add the link in?
Okay so I get it. When you remove a link, you can remove it from anywhere, and when you add it in, you can only at it in the top. So if we had 1,2,3,4 we removed 2, it would become 1,3,4 and if we added a link, it'd become 1,3,4,5, am I right?
Uh I see. I'm not really sure how to use it though.

    So Let's say Next[0] = 1, Next[1] = 2, Next[2] = 3, Next[3] = 0

To take Next[2] out, we need to set Next[1] to 3

    And then we have Previous[0] = 3, Previous[3] = 2, Previous[2] = 1, Previous[1] = 0, and we have to remove Previous[2] by setting Previous[3] = 1

    Then we'll have...
    Next[0] = 1, Next[1] = 3, Next[3] = 0
    Previous[3] = 1, Previous[1] = 0, Previous[0] = 3

And to add it back in, we have to set Next[1] = 2, and Next[2] = 3
    And then Previous[3] = 2, and Previous[2] = 1

But the variables are actually confusing me o.o And I don't know how to apply it in the loading bar..

Edit: Okay I figured out how the variables work. But how do I apply it?
Uh that clears it. But it won't cause too much lag will it? Because the only reason I don't use JASS, or learn it, is because I have issues with the NewGen editor.
Damn. I still don't get it. Is it some sort of factory line? Where everything is shifted down by one to make room for another?
Hey, if you have spare time on your hands, would you care to explain how the linked list works?
First of all i said the threshold thing as a suggestion to him, you're the one that started arguing with me
I have a whole list of threads where all you do is argue with me and end up not helping the poster, if you want i can link you to them all now
I don't get it i'm not being aggressive, i'm just trying to explain something that you obviously don't get, since you keep responding with wrong answers i try to explain it in another way
As it seems that you dont get a single thing of what i say go test it yourself.

Pick Anti-mage on a match agains blood seeker and use blink once he ruptures, you'll notice that the blink's range is below 1300 and it doesn't cause the anti-mage to take damage from rupture

How come you're so into recipes lately? Never saw this much interest in this topic in the old days of TH.net
  • Monovertex Monovertex:
Hmm, how do I change my signature?
  • tom_mai78101 tom_mai78101:
Signatures can be edit in your account profile. As for the old stuffs, I'm thinking it's because Blizzard is now under Microsoft, and because of Microsoft Xbox going the way it is, it's dreadful.

@tom_mai78101 I must be blind. If I go on my profile I don't see any area to edit the signature; If I go to account details (settings) I don't see any signature area either.
  • The Helper The Helper:
You can get there if you click the bell icon (alerts) and choose preferences from the bottom, signature will be in the menu on the left there https://www.thehelper.net/account/preferences

Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though
  • Varine Varine:
I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work
  • Varine Varine:
Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm
  • Varine Varine:
So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man
  • Varine Varine:
I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.
  • Varine Varine:
Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart
  • Varine Varine:
Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
