Diablo II had a day night cycle, for sure. I have played it more than any other game, except maybe Warcraft3. I can't tell if Act4 had it, but the other Acts have day-night cycle. Act2 too, of course.

The bridge is like a DOOR: it is "closed", but if my unit comes near it it "opens". So if i click directly inside the town the bridge/door is closed, and the path is blocked. Got it? ;)
As I said, the bridge works as I want: It is submerged, so anyone can cross it, but if you come near it, it appears over the water and you can cross it.
Of course, when it's underwater the path is blocked...
I guess if there's any way to order a unit to move first to the bridge (so it comes...
Hi. Long time since my last post (about June or so)
I'm making a City with water all around, and a bridge comes out of the water when your unit comes near the city entrance.
The problem: when you order your unit to move inside the town, instead he moves to the nearest point outside the city...

1) You need the disabled icons DSBTN for these (I supose they are imported icons), search around here, there must be some tutorials for that

Using a negative valued Tranquility that aims enemys and healing yourself by 20xUnits in range of yourself owned by enemy... but it wouldn't show the green thing of life steal
And i don't know if Tranquility works with negatives.
Maybe creating a dummy worker and ordering him to create the upgraded building? (After you detete the old one...)
And i'm not sure if you can order to "Build Building", or you can try using the "Summon Building" item ability...

I played a map where you can hire mercenarys and they have inventory, but they aren't heros. When I got a tome with the mercenary Wc3 gave me a critical error... :eek:
And, as some people asked before, you want the unit to carry items, or use them? Because there is a "unit inventory" skill...

You can level it up in a Hero. When you open the ability level screen (the +) it will appear, but if you learn or level up it, it won't show any icon.
you can make some Array system, like setting all the items and strings in arrays...
