We merged guilds on sunday, its been a chaotic mess. Then a content patch tuesday just to make everything more chaotic. But, we've got 2x25 teams in ICC; My team cleared 4/4 the other day and the second team cleared 3/4 so not bad. Lot of people didn't show even some who accepted invite so we kinda got the shaft; both teams had ~23ish and some filler. So overall, pretty good.

You can defeat Arthas (in a few months time, 2-2.5 months I'm guessing), but I don't think you get to kill him - I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think there was something mentioned about Arthas still being around at Deathwing's emergence so he may still be around

As regards getting Frostmourne, no - Shadowmourne is the closest you'll get

Well I have 3 80s... 25 man and 10 man so that makes it 6..

Seeing as how as of now Icecrown takes maybe.. 1 hour 30 minutes to clear :S

But Arthas will be kill-able around April.

Oni, what do you recommend for ICC10 Saurfang? I'm going to try to have two hunters along with a lock and ele shammy to deal with the lil guys.

I played the 5man version of IC on the PTR, i must say i was irrevocably impressed. Never did get chance to test the raids, but i have no doubt they are equally as good.

I'll have to wait now, i have ran out of subscription(and money)

Blood Beast spawn, chains of ice, nova, earthbind, anything that can slow, range nuke them. (all range).

But melee should stop AoE'ing right before they spawn (hearthstrike, divine storm, etc) so healers and ranged will get aggro on them. They make the boss stronger with each hit, it's not really a problem if healers are on top of healing the Mark of the Fallen (ticks for 9k physical on random member, if member dies, saurfang heals 5%). Also make sure tanks are switching when they recieve the healing debuff.

Oh, and ranged should spread out 12yds apart around the edge of the room. (atleast in 10 man).

I feel bad for all the raiders with this staggered release stuff. No Arthas, no Hard Modes, and limited attempts which are disastrous for people that have connection issues/aren't all awesome. I'd rather they just made the bosses harder. Oh well, in the meantime I'm loving the new 5 mans and the dungeon finder.

Because the boss will heal for a lot, making him heal more than you dps, especially when he goes frezy at 30%.

We have some pretty epic DPS, and a rogue with the reduced healing.

Well then why are you wiping and at what time during fight? How far in?

We aren't able to because we don't have our ideal group. I've got a ton of people invited to the next run so I get to pick and choose some. Plus I've gone Unholy.
