So anger. ABC pulled out from cablevision so I can't watch it on TV. :(
Christoph Waltz won, ha, obvious.

Kathryn and The Hurt Locker got both awards... wow. Congratulations! Wanted Avatar to win best picture though. Hah, he lost to his ex-wife.

Well... what?

In 10 years, the movie which people will remember the most from 2009 is certainly not The Hurt Locker. Especially that there's only one copy of that movie in just about every video store I visit.

Might be a nice movie, but I'm not American. It's pretty much patriotism at its best, no wonder why it won in an American-based award competition.

The Original Screenplay should have went to Inglourious Basterds, definitely. And James Horner is truly one of the best at making movie scores, and I thought he had scored it with Avatar.

Sound Mixing Editing isn't exactly hard to do when you only have gunfires and explosions to work with. I might not be a pro there but I don't know where they've taken their standards. Maybe on the Moon or something, at least far enough to give The Hurt Locker the win.

This might seem like a Hurt Locker hate post but truly, this movie just shouldn't have been named the movie of the year and receive 6 oscars. It's just a good war movie, that's what it is. My 2 cents.

The Hurt Locker was not a movie, so far as I could tell, that paraded politics at its forefront. I didn't see it as being a big, gung-ho Americans-are-here-to-kick-ass-and-we-do-it-to-defend-our-country crap kind of thing; it was just the jobs of the EOD and that's what I saw. No politics. Oh, and I'm not American either.

Tension, man, tension! I watched it again on Blu-ray with the sound cranked up and there are some scenes where the tension is just ramped up and it really keeps you on the edge of your seat. Take the scene in the desert where they're ambushed by snipers. The prolonged silence means every little thing stands out and the crack of a gunshot really rings out.
The Original Screenplay should have went to Inglourious Basterds, definitely.
Most certainly should have done. This might (for the most part) sound like a Hurt Locker fanboy post, but in all honestly Inglourious Basterds was my favourite film of last year :p

Sounds from The Hurt Locker were amazing, man. :) They did really well there.
I think Avatar should've won best picture, and Kathryn Bigelow deserved best director, though she probably won since "she's the first woman" blah.

She agreed to Avatar deserving more, so I don't know if she has to see the others to compare that, :D

Yes, go see The Hurt Locker. See all the nominees for best picture, :)
Hurt Locker got 6 awards, Avatar got 3, lol.

I think Avatar deserved best picture. And I saw like... all the nominees, lol. All of them were great, but I think Avatar entertained with a "wow" the most. But Kathryn Bigelow deserves best director over James Cameron.
I guess best picture and best director should usually be the same since... you know, but I think it should've been Picture - Avatar, Director - Hurt Locker.

Looks like Google fixed whatever mistake that made the recipes on the site go crazy and we are no longer trending towards a recipe site lol - I don't care though because it motivated me to spend alot of time on the site improving it and at least now the content people are looking at is not stupid and embarrassing like it was when I first got back into this like 5 years ago.

They also were digging threw old shit at the sheriff's office and I tried to get them to give me the old electronic stuff, but they said no. They can't give it to people because they might use it to impersonate a cop or break into their network or some shit? idk but it was a shame to see them take a whole bunch of radios and shit to get shredded and landfilled

Signatures can be edit in your account profile. As for the old stuffs, I'm thinking it's because Blizzard is now under Microsoft, and because of Microsoft Xbox going the way it is, it's dreadful.

I am not big on the recipes I am just promoting them - I use the site as a practice place promoting stuff

@tom_mai78101 I must be blind. If I go on my profile I don't see any area to edit the signature; If I go to account details (settings) I don't see any signature area either.
