AoW Sunken Paradise Organized!

In a time where no battles and all peace, there was an item called the Devil's Eraser that taints all beings on finding the Enchanted item, two province fight and stood there way up, just to find this item in the Sunken Paradise, these province cursed each other, where the Gods are awaken by their rage, theres one God named Gord the Defiled cast plague on the land to stop the madness, because of the plague, many were diseased and some were imbued and then realized that they were given might from the Defiled God Gord, and now they call themselves The Defiled, while the plague scatters around the world, there's a God that named Suna the Enlightened that bothers most from the cause of the plague, now this God tries to cure and destroy the plague, using from the heat essence of the Sun, now the plague was destroyed and all the diseased beings thinks of what the God has given to them, and now the being stood up and called themselves The Enlightened. Now it is up to you what force would you help, it is up to you what will you do, destroy their base, or find the item that grants mysterious spells.

In-Game​

Weather System
-it doesn' mean that if there's weather system here, there would be weathers as if, but I made it unique and fun

Plague: Adds Bonus speed and mana and life regeneration to the Defiled units, while decreases speed and mana and life regeneration to the Enlightened units.

Grace: Adds Bonus speed and mana and life regeneration to the Enlightened units, while decreases speed and mana and life regeneration to the Defiled units.

It works like this:
-Each weather has it's own timer, so that players know if one weather is coming

-Plague timer expires then > Normal stage exists for 10 minutes > Normal stage timer expires then > Grace replaces that last for 5 minutes > Grace timer expires then > back to Normal stage > Normal stage timer expires then > Plague replaces that last for 5 minutes then > back to start

Mercenary System
as 13lade619 suggests

-Each mercenary has own two non-disable spells
-One mercenary per player

Events

Devil's Eraser
Broken artifact: A broken artifact that grants the holder various auras that affects friendly units only, it is said that this item can be enhanced by the Dragon Roost.

-Found in 5% from any Neutral Creep
-Only one Broken Artifact per game
-Upgraded to Devil's Eraser when given to the Dragon Roost

Dragon Roost: A roost found in each base

-Each force has Dragon Roost

Devil's Eraser: An item originally kept by Dread Root himself, but destroyed by the Dragons due to its enchanted powers that gives all friendly units in the map Bonus attack speed, Bonus Armor, Bonus Damage, Reflect Damage, Mana Regeneration, Life Regeneration, Bonus Movement Speed, Life steal for melee.

Dread Root Devil Boss

-Boss Monster in Ages of War, found from a small island from the right side of the map
-No access to the island
-When game ends, all winning heroes are moved to the island
-This event is only for fun, so don't sweat it

If it's an AOS, I suggest you not put that boss-plan into action. It's way too complicated and most likely anybody who even tries to do it will waste vast amounts of time, meaning the other team will take the chance and destroy his base before he accomplishes it, if at all.

The point of new, unique ideas is not to take away from the actual gameplay, which in this case, is probably pushing, teamwork, etc...

sure why not, a soon as i get ppl who wants to help, then ill start making the map, for now im still on the terrain

hey i suggest not to put names and pictures(as heroes) of the people there in butuan like u did in Villan Wars XD

if u want them to be seen on the map 2 thank them or somethin, put the names on the NPCs or Shops :p

no really, because last time, i planed Villan wars is only on private, meaning we friends gets to play with it, but i do not know where to post private files, thats why i post it on epicwar, many downloaded it, thats why here i hosted the map, i have planed that i will remove the personal icons, and change it to original icons

Sort of. I mean, does the boss really matter that much? Enough for the players to really want to kill him? If not, nobody would waste their time even trying. And if so, then everybody would try to kill him, ignoring everything else (and you don't want that do you?).

I wouldn't put any bosses at all in an AOS, because it "distracts" players from the actual point of the game. The strategy to win shouldn't be: "Everybody from every team attack the boss! Get the uber item and we win!"

yeah youre right though..........

how about making this boss monster at the end of the game, when a team wons, the team wons shall be teleported to Pandemonium and they can fight the boss, but the boss here shall drop no item cause its already end of the game, all they need to do is to get fun.......but this can be optional, they quit, or they can choose to fight.....

how about that is it good enough for an AoS map?

waks, try to add the creep upgrade that blade added in his map and try to make it more unique :p
so that the creeps would defend the base even when the heroes are boss hunting :p

well like any AoS player said, no creep can handle mass hero...so ill put the boss event at the end of the game.......

well i cant do that, because im concentrating on AoS map where hero fights down, and win the battle between the two forces

where? : side creeps LOL

the uber item is to be hunted down[chance that a monster would drop this uber item(once in a game or if they are unlucky, not even once in a game) :p]

That make the item too easy to get... and people wont play the game, just kill the creeps.

when a team decides to just hunt and hunt even if there is only a small chance to get that uber item, the other team can just attack there base

well, heres the catch:
they should have cooperation wherein, they do not just hunt always and try to defend and go for offense

It would make a little more sense if the creeps were too strong to kill alone, like chups said. Then the whole team can decide to try at the item at the risk of losing an outpost...

Also you could add a countdown timer so they have some sort of limit (or a guide).

Ill be happy to be a beta tester later on but im sorry i cant use JASS...

im thinking of this AoS map, with mini games withit, but i have finished my terrain already, maybe there will be no more space for the mini games....

welcome aboard Vulcansurge, well i had finished my terrain, and the terrain was based of the terrain of Villan wars, i just transformed it into an island terrain, maybe if youl beta test later, you'll found out that the heros and triggers are just like villan wars, also the items, but not to worry cause ill remake those heroes and items......maybe ill post screenies tommorrow....

in this map, maybe i put a 10 minute countdown timer, if this timer expires, all the forces (The Enlightened, and The Defiled) will pause and unable to be damage, then there will be a 2 minute countdown timer again, this 2 minute countdown timer is the players chance to kill hostile creeps so that they will find the uber item, if the 2 minute countdown timer expires, then the game backs to normal........

    Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart
