Are there any musics that can be used as a new background music for Warcraft 3?

In that case, I'll rip a music from a game. Then, manipulate it so that it seems the music came directly from the game. Then, players will be able to feel the mood to continue playing.

Seems perfect, logical, and quite easy to do.

Maybe doing this isn't much of a big deal after all... *worries*

As long as you're not making money and as long as you're not giving people an alternative way to acquire the music (e.g.: providing the music in its "raw" form, .mp3, .wav, etc) I think you'll be fine. Even if they decide to pursue you, they'll start with a Cease and Desist email / letter. Obey them and you'll be fine.

Bottom line is, the damage you're causing is most probably too small to justify spending money for a lawyer.
