Well, I need to apply a new layer of thermal compound " to keep the processor cool and happy" LOL
But Is it safe to do that? And what's the best/easy way to fix that?

Its not safe to do it! Evil CPU sharks might jump out of your computer AND EAT YOUR FACE!
That will make them "cool and happy" LOL.

The easiest way is to get yoruself a gun, load it with thermal paste and then shoot that pasty bastard right at the CPU. For maximum efficiency use a grenade launcher!

That Just doesn't sound right. PC Sharks ? Oh, would you use "grenade launcher?"
Hmm, anyway, the easiest way to remove the heat sink?

it depends on the CPU, heatsink, and compound - sometimes you need more if the heatsink doesn't clamp down firmly (i.e. uses push pins instead of a backplate), sometimes you need to use less if it's more liquid than paste, and ideally you would match it up to where the CPU's internal heat spreaders are

Yes !
But let's say that, I screwed everything up! Well, the whole processor came out with heatsink.
So, when I wanted to put It back together again in the socket. :( The pins wasn't straight and so on.
Well, hopefully next time If want to do it all over again , it goes easier without any trouble. . When I know more how to do it.
Anyway, I'm Just happy it was an old processor.

So, be careful there thewrongvine.
