Need an idea on how to trigger the spell from Dota called "Stampede". Stampede is basically an instant cast spell that gives a maximum movement speed (522) buff and zero unit collision to the caster and all allied heroes on the map for a short duration. Units with the buff active that come near their enemies will stun that unit and deal damage based on the casting unit's strength attribute. Each unit can only be stunned and dealt damage once.

You will need an aura that gives 100% movement speed (global).
Add the aura to a dummy unit, give to it the aura and set expiration timer to the duration of the spell.
Then, pick every unit in the map, where: unit = hero, and allied to the caster.
Trigger collision off for all these picked units (meaning they will be able to walk on cliffs, same as in Dota).*
To deal the damage and the slow, you should check each unit that has the stampede buff and check if there are any unit's close to it (using unit groups).
When a unit is found, deal the damage, and stun it, and finally, add it to a unit group.
Before you do the damage and the stun, make sure to check that the unit is not in the above mentioned unit group -- where the hit units are stored.

*In Dota 1, units go through cliffs and terrain since there is no easier way, except, using wind walk with a big fading time. However, windwalk will leave all affected units unable to proc critical strikes, which is unwanted.

You can change this now in User CP.

This is actually a bad idea since buffs applied from auras are much delayed. It's better to temporarily give each allied hero an ability that increases movement speed or cast spell on them that does the thing (though you have to remember spells with same base cannot be applied on top of each other).

In Dota 1, units go through cliffs and terrain since there is no easier way, except, using wind walk with a big fading time.
Windwalk does not turn collision off, it allows unit to pass through other units and not destructibles/cliffs. On the side note, when using windwalk you will get blocked by items which you normally can pass upon.
