Change the spawn point

When a unit is trained it is spawned on the lower left corner of the building and goes counter-clockwise until it reaches the lower left corner again.

Is it possible to change the spawn point (for example, move it to the upper left corner) without using triggers?

Nope... i think th onli way is triggers..... Unless.... ur unit is soo big that it has to go above the recently summoned unit(which is impossible)

In Starcraft you could build buildings around the drop off point to move it, but that's a bit impractical.
