constant suicidal attack

What is the simpliest way to cause an effect of suicidal attack of a particular group of units (for example - all units controlled by specified player) - I need it to create a defend-type mission, and I'm interested in effect like this in the last mission of night elves campaign (Twilight of The Gods) or the last mission of the bonus campaign, attached to the Frozen Throne (the one with Sea Witch and her Murlocks).

So I need to clarify:

you want to turn all the attacking units into suicidal units and get them to all rush into the defending units base/area ?

You could just issue them all with the attack-move command.

action:
[unit - pick every unit in unit group]
[unit - issue order targeting a point]
pick every unit owned by <player x> and do (order (picked unit) to attack-move to <somewhere in the defending army's base>)

you could make a single region somewhere in the centre of the defending army's base and then order the attacking units to attack-move towards that region.

One more question - will computer melee AI script halt or alter this effect?

a standard melee AI script may try to over-ride the commands you are giving via triggers yes. You'll have to experiment a bit to determine to what degree the AI does this.
