Either way it's there somewhere

use wc3 image extractor II there you can convert it to .blp and you can show all the skins from wc3 so maybe you can find beastmaster skin.

You could try going into the Image Extractor, clicking CTRL + F and type in beastmaster

ehmm i was talking to Anman64 he asked how to convert a skin into .blp and he couldn't find beast master thats why

Edit: but still got a question where can i find the shading tool in PhotoShop ?

It's just a recolor and noise indeed and I also edited the face a bit. But I needed many different layers and blending modes to get the feeling.. what I wanted =)
