Correct color code for every player?

Hey, I'm needing the correct color code for every player? does anyone know how I can find this out?

Goto the trigger editor:
Make a new action "Player - Change colour"
Then look at the list of colours given.

Those codes are not quite right, particularly Teal which shows up as dark green!

Red = 247, 3, 3		- FFF70303

Yellow = 252, 249, 1	- FFFCF901

I got the RGB of these from Color Picker in Paint (opened a screenshot of the WC3 leaderboard with all players 1-12) on Windows 7, and then converted it into the numbers with the chart.
They look correct, I'm going to to test them now. Don't forget to include |c at the start and |r at the end of where you want the text to be colored IE |cFF106145MyText|r
