Use wc3 viewer the screenshot doesnt looks way to dark.

EDIT - Well i tested it in viewer and looked at the unwrap. You need shading on the gryphon and use less recolor. What program do you use? You need to finish the skin, there are many unedited parts. The rider's face doesnt look good either. It has no shading. So you should try using shading, stop recoloring, and edit everything. By the way, those disabled icons still have the border, its not supposed to be there.

Please convert the icons to .blp and add a 'Read Me' with the Gryphon Riders skin path for easier importation.

Also, there is no need to attach the .PSD file. Just takes up space.


As for the skin itself, it is in need of shadows!

I use tga icons, they work just as good.

Yes, they do, but the file size is almost double compared to .blp.

Doesn't sound much?

20 .tga icons (10 BTN and DISBTN) are 400 kb, max 20kb each.
20 .blp icons are 200 kb, max 10 each.

So, you can have twice as many .blp icons in a map and it would take as much room as 10 .tga ones.
