really good combination. slightly paladin-ish. wielder of the most 'modern' tech in Sanctuary.

dual crossbows. ha.

and the freakin metal + leather armor is so wicked.

I can even see a slight resemblance to the ranged character of torchlight.

the demon hunter is in the first 2 mainly, and they talk about some cool stuff in the last 2. the audio goes out of sync a bit in 2-4, but its not that big of a deal.

looks really cool, i like the background story on the demon hunter. now im contimplating about making a barb, wiz, monk, or demon hunter now (not really diggin the witch doctor)

well, guns could still be a probability, seeing that the Demon Hunter has all the 'tech' in D3.

Because they are trying to please every possible kind of person, which includes all those sweaty fat nerds who like to fap to anything that has boobs. Or the d3 team is trying to please themselves because they cant get whimmin.

Well, the stilettos may be a bit extreme, hahaha, but really, it's no different than any other video game. Looking at this topic more generally, the world is very fantastical. Why would the women in that world not be so as well? Who wants to see an ugly fat chick running around in skin-tight leather armor? Okay, the female barbarian is a different story. But then again, I'd rather play a male barbarian than female. :/

The Demon Hunter seems very similar to Torchlight's Vanquisher, and a mix between the Amazon/Assassin from D2. I could be wrong, but it seems most of her skills are more magic based than "skill" based. (By skill I mean the ability to use a weapon rather than utilizating "magic"), which I'm not sure what I think about that. I'll just have to wait and see. I'm a huge fan of bow/xbow ranged type classes, so she will probably be my first character to play. OMG I want it to be released already! RAWR

eh you need an entire rune for that. i never really liked the nec in d2, seeing as he is similar, and the witch doctor's spells seem like they would be weak late game.

As far as I see, it looks like they are putting a (Huge!) lot of work into it - and making it unbalanced lategame?... I dont think that will happen.

I dk i'll prolly make a witch doctor i dont see why not, but not as a first. i made the mistake of necro 1st char in d2 and, well, he sucked balls compared to everyone else.

Heh heh. I know what you mean. I made the mistake of doing that too, and eventually my tactic of 'make hordes of skeletons' didn't cut it anymore. Although D2 had the problem of requiring very specific character builds in order to be potent in late game.

I think it's likely that Blizzard have fixed that for D3. I mean, Blizzard have got to be really good at balancing characters classes by now.

Ahhhh yes the hordes of skeletons and golums. later on they were so useless that i got hate mail for spawning them cause they made everyone lag and couldnt kill anything anyway. i was more or less just creepin after people late game, crying when an enemy got near me.

in the QnA at blizzcon some guy asked abotu builds and he said its really hard to make a bad build because they made less skills but each skill is more powerful. still, WD not a first class, maybe 2nd or 3rd or 4th or 5th.

That is unless you've got an enigma or amulet of teleportation nearby and teleport on monsters/people.

im prolly gunna make a wizard too... or a DH, or a monk. i ruled out barb a a first cuz my bro said hes makin a barb first. decisions decisions decisions.

@dax, it was my first char, so i had no clue what i was doin at the time. never had a ammy of teleport.
