Detecting number written by player

So I have seen alot of maps where you can set your own camera height by writing "-cam xxx" (in Warlock for example) and the camera will go to that height. I'd like to have this in my map too, but I am not sure how I could detect the number written by the player.

Is there anyone that could give me some advice how I could do this?
