THIS IS A REALLY FUN Map my friends play we alqays play lan but nobody hosts it :( its very fun i think its better then dota its jsut liek it but you get to do more stuff and more modes Its hosk i would liek to have that in warcraft 3 it still got a site FYI Hosk means Hands of Sorrow Knights really fun its on epicwar.com:)

Awsome map

Another good one is Pudge wars hardly anybody hosts it i only see it once every three weeks but its only 1 game :( people need to host it its so fun:mad:

i think every week at one time a whole bunch of us should go on wc3 at the same time and host all these awesome games or try out other peoples favourites...

I would so do that.:thup:

I would too, but im too lazy to organize everything. Anyone want to voulenteer to pick a day (preferably weekend, but thanksgiving is coming up too) to get people to join?

Also, keep posting these maps!

if it's not hosted why don't people host them? Only difficulty with hosting is if you've got a router and then you need to forward port 6112 or whatever.(guides around on the internet)

Ok I'll answer question as what could be hosted more- age of myths, footman and grunts, and um anything actually different from that 95% hosted map.

They didn't ask how to host.

A lot of maps that are good out there aren't hosted for several reasons:

-they could be forgotten after breaks in playing
-maps that could be lost/accidentally deleted and removed from Garbarge :)
-FORGOTTEN (I already said that)
-person doesn't have connections to people that can host
-person can't host
-doesn't know thehelper.net

I see what you're saying but what I'm saying is if you see a map not hosted for a while and you want to play it just host it. Most people host and the reason most people don't because they don't think they can or secondly they don't know about forwarding ports which is easier than people think.

I'm looking at battle.net now and it's all Dota. :(

Dodge the steam tank. A funny game that takes about 5-10 mins to play. :D

Keep up the posting.

For clan...would have to be...say...to form on weekend and then...4-8/weekends best times to play I guess because that would be the most free times.
Post if you have better times or want to join.

Keep posting these cool maps.

(At the people who say get hosting abilities-I don't always host because my router isnt compatible with internet or something so I can't portforward, many people have small problems like this. Additionally, some people just don't like to host. This thread is just to get maps out that you won't find yourself.)

i will join i think its a great idea only weekends, probably saturday best.

If it's 4-8 we need to know what time zone.

I'm in U.S.A. Central time, but 4-8 was just estimate...
Someone else should organize clan because my friends is full.

    Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart

    Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
