Its a tutorial... Why should you keep it going it should be for referance and reading. And shouldent it be in the Tutorial section not here?

Overall its nice to read, gives you a good idea for most of the things but you dident really do that much... you only gave links to others ideas / triggers. Try makeing some for yourself and geting your own codes in it. It would look better.

Thing is that I'm not so awesome at explaining codes so why make a new tutorial about it when there are like 2-3 tutorials about it already plus they explain it simply.
The editting is for more ideas of course.
Also first you post a tutorial here and see if a mod will accept it into the tutorial section.

I have no idea for what reason though. The only example is a huge rpg map.
So in other words videos or the map itself can improve this :rolleyes:

RPG Ideas

These are ideas i'm using in an RPG called Village, its about a villager who leaves his village to do a few quests for the council and eventually gets tied up in an ancient secret of the land.

Anyway back on topic these are a few spell i'm using:
Ice bridge: causes a bridge to come up across a river(good for secret areas)
Unlock: Plays a cinematic of you shooting a ball at a gate and opening it.
Spell book: contains 5 chapters of spells that you can use, but you have to find the pages that have been torn from it.

Ideas:
When in a boss battle, a cinematic plays, you're blocked off from the exits, and you have to kill it using a special way.
e.g. One of my bosses is a giant elemental but keeps changing element and you have to use the elemental pits to inflict damage.

The Mystical Magical Guitar: In a secret area you find arthas rocking on his guitar and he will give you the MM Guitar, its a spell that has the icon, unsummon building (rock symbol) and when you use it Earth, Fire, Air plays.

Hello, I was hoping that you may be able to post a little thing on your tutorial instructing young map makers on how to equip special efects onto a unit when he aquires an item like MASTER CRAFTER. so when he picks up a sword he gets a sword in hi shand. please add this to your thread and also a list of attatchments if possible =D

    Signatures can be edit in your account profile. As for the old stuffs, I'm thinking it's because Blizzard is now under Microsoft, and because of Microsoft Xbox going the way it is, it's dreadful.

    Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart

    Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
