Help for make a spell.

Hi,
I want to create a Point-targeted spell that works like the Shockwave. But instead of a wave of energy I want to it makes Thunder Claps in his way. I need your help for starts to make it, when i have some doubts I will ask again.

PS: I looked for something similar in the Spell Index but I don't find something similar.
