help on information pop ups

In my mod several things in the game seem to no longer display. These things include when you hover over items in shops and your skills. Also when you kill something the gold that pops up over their heads no longer appears, but you still get the money from them. Any clue why this would happen?

1) There is a known bug in the game that causes tooltips to stop displaying after a player has left the game in defeat.

2) I'm not quite sure whats going on here, if the unit gives bounty, you should also see the gold graphics. This could be a bug too, but I'm not 100% sure. Just to be safe, you should look at the action "player - set player flag", and turn the bounty on for all players.
